TopEndHockeyDevelopment's Strength & Conditioning programs are individually developed to elevate each player to the best of the player's potential; It is not your conventional squat, leg press or bench training!

Each player is put through various assessment tests to determine his or her strengths and weaknesses.

Upon analysis of each player's assessment test results, a tailored program is built to repair weak spots and build on strengths to enable optimal performance on the ice. Players normally experience extraordinary improvements within a few weeks.
