Observed mistakes represent great learning opportunities for self-improvement.  The learning experience is maximized by our use of Video Recordings and Reviews. (A pure visual representation of a player's performance is worth a thousand words...) Our professional review sessions with the player are used to support the decision and agreement regarding what needs to be fixed or improved - and how. 



TopEndHockeyDevelopment's training methods include expert Video Recording and Review techniques; Analyzing each player's skills and execution to a "fine T" is essential for our personalized approach. Some players make mistakes based on their bad habits. We will identify and analyze these, and then develop a plan for corrective action.  The player's improvement progress is then monitored closely to ensure that objectives are met.



Analyzing training and game video on an individual level allows TopEndHockeyDevelopment to add "tools" in the player's tool box which has great value also beyond the training sessions with us.
